AFPD investigated the area of Ski Road and Rock Creek for a report of smoke. Several legal campfires were found. No further response needed.

May 25, 2025, 03:51 to 04:41, Medical Call, Longs Peak Road
AFPD assisted Estes Park Health Ambulance 410 already on scene. EP410 transported patient to Estes Park Health with a firefighter driver.

May 25, 2025, 21:44 to 22:54, Motor Vehicle Accident, Highway 7
AFPD investigated in the area of a reported motor vehicle accident. Found vehicle and driver two miles down the highway. Driver refused medical treatment. Left scene with Boulder County Sheriff Deputy and Colorado State Patrol Officer.

May 29, 2025, 14:21 to 15:41, Medical Call, Ski Road East
AFPD assessed patient; took vitals, medical history, medications, etc. Estes Park Health Ambulance 420
transported patient to Long Peak Hospital.

May 31, 2025, 14:36 to 18:35, Motor Vehicle Accident, Highway 7
AFPD responded to scene of a vehicle in the river. Driver had self-extricated and was on opposite
embankment. Mutual Aid personnel from Lyons Fire Protection District and Boulder Emergency Squad
transported the driver across the river in an inflatable boat. Estes Park Health Ambulance 410 transported driver to Longmont United Hospital. Several AFPD personnel stayed on scene until the proper tow truck arrived and the vehicle was removed from the river.

AFPD assessed patient; took vitals, medical history, medications, etc. Handed patient care to Estes Park
Health Ambulance 410. EP410 transported to Boulder Community Hospital.

AFPD assessed patient: took vitals, medical history, medications, etc. Patient care was transferred to Estes Park Health Ambulance 410. EP410 transported to Longs Peak Hospital.

June 11, 2025, 11:49 to 12:10, CO Alarm, Business Route 7
AFPD investigated CO alarm. Checked cabin with 4Gas Detector and Gas Sniffer, nothing found.

AFPD assessed patient and stabilized vehicle. Boulder County Sheriff's Officers took over command of scene to await coroner.

AFPD investigated report of smoke in area of mile 21 on Highway 7. Multiple units made multiple passes up and down the highway. The only smoke found was from a controlled, legal campfire at mile 18. No further response needed.

AFPD assessed two patients; took vitals, medical history, medications and checked for injuries. Handed
patient care to Estes Park Health Ambulance 410. EP410 transported both patients to Longmont United
Hospital.

AFPD investigated in the area of an Apple phone car or boat fire notification. Found phone owner, no
problem found, accidental activation.
