AFPD received report that an illegal campfire was at a pullout on Highway 7. Per law enforcement in area, all Allenspark units were cancelled.

AFPD assisted Estes Valley Health with CPR in progress. Left scene with Larimer County Deputy.

AFPD assessed patient; took vitals, medications, medical history, etc. Estes Valley Ambulance transported patient to Boulder Community Hospital.

AFPD investigated the location of a Residential Fire Alarm. Nothing found upon arrival or further search of home. No further response needed.

AFPD investigated an electrical burning odor. No smoke, no heat found. Used Thermal Imaging Camera to confirm that nothing was burning inside walls. Residents were advised to call electrician for further assistance.

March 12, 2026, 13:09, 2 hours, 36 minutes, Tree on Propane Tank, Washington Street
AFPD responded to scene of a tree that was blown down by high winds and landed onto a propane tank. Valve on the propane tank was broken, releasing propane. Units misted water onto tank to mitigate any hazards. Units stayed on scene until Suburban Propane arrived to investigate. Gas monitor indicated that very low levels were still off gassing. Smell of propane lingered in the area.

AFPD responded to scene of a tree blown down by high winds onto a power line, causing a fire. Estes Power and Light was already on scene. Mutual Aid from US Forest Service assisted in extinguishing fire.
